•Communication: I am a confident, well-spoken individual and listener. In my present role, not only do I regularly present findings and important information to managers, I also liaise with the work force on site on a daily basis. I am also the chair of the Health and Safety committee, which requires good listening skills. •Teamwork: I have taken part in many sports teams and other activities. I was recently involved iny a graduates rebranding project, where I was part of a team of 5 graduates in charge of the rebranding of a range of products produced by the company. I also work with a team of managers and engineers on a daily basis to make necessary improvements on site. •Problem Solving: As Health and Safety officer on site, I frequently have to find solutions to issues that the work force has regarding Health and Safety on site. When hazards are reported, with the help of the team, I find ways of resolving them.
