Extensive experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning and final start-up of plant and equipment. Experience in site preparation, temporary facilities & infrastructure including civil works, structural, mechanical and piping with significant expertise in heavy lift and transport of static and rotating equipment, turbine engine control system construction commissioning. A strong focus on safety, with proven ability to build highly motivated teams and lead by example. Ability to forge strong working relationships with Clients and Contractors. Ensure compliance with project safety and quality management requirements, adherence to project schedules and regulatory requirements. •A High level of business and commercial acumen backed by ability to create, interpret budgets, financial statements and analyse variation reports •A sound understanding and knowledge base of construction activities / conducting commissioning principles in multidiscipline contracting environment •Experience in the delivery of projects in boutique Gas Facility work, Power Generation, Turbine Engines, Control Systems, Power Distribution •Demonstrated ability to work independently, to organise multiple complex tasks simultaneously •Ability to set and achieve deadlines and follow through within a fast paced environment •Excellent Leadership and people Management skills •Sound written and verbal communication skills •Proactive in achieving Industry best practice and construction safety outcomes •EEHA Inspection / Project Management / Australian Electrical Standards AS/NZS •Commissioning / Project site administration / Trade Supervision / Project Site Management
