Top Oil owns and manages its own 55,000 tonne import terminal in Dublin and sells over 1.3 billion liters of fuel throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland every year. - Liaising and planning together with the ship officer for ensuring the safe, efficient and accurate discharging of bulk carrier vessels at the Oil jetty(cargo discharge plan, ship/shore checklist, cargo manifest,etc…) - Monitoring and supervising activities of Jetty Crew prior/during/after the discharge of bulk carrier vessel operations - Complete oil accounting calculations of quantities of products received into the shore tanks, change of receiving shore tanks if necessary - Reporting directly to the Operational and Terminal Manager 2. OIL TERMINAL YARD SUPERVISOR June 2015- December 2016 TOP OIL DUBLIN, Promenade Road, Dublin Port - Supervision of Road Tanker trucks during loading - Control of loading gantry - Internal Products Transfer supervision - Responsible for all yard tanks (Diesel, Kerosene, Ulg, Derv…) and control of same in Fuel Facs Software - Responsible to carry out safety yard checklists on daily bases - Compliance with all alarms activation procedures (Fire Alarm, VRU alarm, Tank High-High Alarm, Emergency Shut Down) - Compliance with Safety Rules and Regulations 3.
