Project Planning & Execution Anchoring on-site commissioning activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine; preparing process sheets & estimate sheets for the same. Initiating the pilot projects for ensuring the implementation of CAD software. Maintenance, administration and training of CAD system. Providing technical support to the users to resolve their daily problems /issues regarding the usage. Manufacturing & Operations. Planning and Scheduling of tasks to ensure timely completion of Projects. Negotiating and coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for quality, delivery and cost of the products/services. Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal depots for developing technical blueprints. Man Management Effectively working with cross functional teams to achieve the desired results, performing timely audits and inspecting the activities / operations delivered. Directing, leading & motivating workforce involving designers, suppliers, contractors and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness/ efficiency.
