I have 26 years of extensive mining experience in Mine Operations, Mine Planning, Mine Budget, Mine Prospecting, Core Drilling, Mine Quality Control, Mine Drilling & Blasting, Machinery Maintenance (Preventive & Breakdown), Machinery Planning & Allocation, Manpower Allocation & Handling, Mentoring Employees, Liasioning Government & Non Government Officials, Training to workmen (On Field & Lecture), Vibrating Grizzly, Crusher Operation & Maintenance, Rock Breaker, Surface Miner, Terminator, Dredger experience etc. I have started my journey from Scratch & moved through positions of progressive responsibility in operations in open cast mining. Work Experience
Project Head Operations
Joined as Project Manager Operations in a contractual company handling Overbuden in Amli Mines of Ultratech Cements – Pindwara site, Rajasthan. Internal Handling at Cement plant with 12,000 TPD Kiln capacity. Handling of Coal, Gypsum, Fly ash, Laterite, Clay, Imported Gypsum, Pet Coke, Clinker Wagon Loading, Coal unloading from Wagon, Transport related to internal handling. Handled a fleet of 6 no’s Track mounted Excavator, 6 Loader, 2 dozer, Drilling machine and allied equipments like Water Tankers. Diesel Bowser, Road Grader, Compactor at Plant & Mines. Associated with complete Mining Operations at Thandiberi Limestone Mine starting from Drilling, Blasting, Loading, Transport of Limestone which was under contractual operation awarded to SKKhaitan group. Transferred to Vedanta Sesa Goa Iron Ore Mines as Project Head Operations. In-charge for Operations with 2 no’s of Tata Hitach Zaxis 800 Excavator (80 Tons Class Excavator), 12 wheel Eicher Tippers, Loader & Dozer. Negotiating with Head Operations Mining for Planning of operations, Dump location, Road worthiness etc. Man Power & Machinery allocation & scheduling at site. Requirement for fulfilling optimum operation in mines and new contract assignment. Co-ordinating with Company Accounts, Planning Departments for smooth running of Contract.
