About
As a dynamic and dedicated teacher with a strong knowledge and understanding of Mathematics; I have eighteen years’ experience teaching HSC Mathematics at the highest level (Mathematics, Ext 1, Ext 2) and four additional years’ experience teaching internationally in the USA, UK and Switzerland (Virginia State curriculum, KS3 through to AS and A Levels and the IB Programme - MYP & DP). I am passionate about developing flair, fluency, problem solving and resilience in my students. I care about the progress and achievement of every student and optimise this through an engaging classroom style, effective use of technology, skilful questioning, clarifying misconceptions and encouraging independent practice.
