The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and prospect qualification for international markets—particularly the US and Australia. **Key Responsibilities:** • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, emailing, and online research • Reach out to potential clients in the US and Australian markets to introduce company offerings • Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team • Gather and verify client requirements to ensure accurate hand-off to sales closers • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead-generation strategies • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and outreach targets **Required Skills & Qualifications:** • 3+ years of experience in cold calling and international voice processes • 4+ years of proven experience in lead generation • Experience working with US and/or Australian clients • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English • Strong research and qualification abilities • Target-driven and self-motivated with a professional phone presence • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred • Bachelor's degree required **Benefits:** • Work from home flexibility • Full-time permanent position • Competitive salary based on performance **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent **Salary:** ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month
