**Sales Development Representative - North America** InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. Our sales team is growing at InfluxData and we're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our North America Sales Team! You are a hunter at heart who relishes finding creative ways to secure interest from new prospects. You're passionate about working hard, supporting teammates, ideating continuously, and having fun while doing it. You possess exceptional grit, hustle, persistence, and a strong competitive spirit. **What You'll Do:** • Research new accounts to develop compelling value propositions for how InfluxDB can enhance their DevOps, IoT, AI, or Data Science initiatives • Generate high-volume, high-quality daily outbound outreach to senior-level contacts within assigned target accounts • Create qualified new business meetings for Account Executives • Engage prospects through email, phone, social media, and video communications • Articulate how InfluxDB delivers transformative value to potential customers • Nurture prospects from initial interest through qualified lead conversion **What We're Looking For:** • 2+ years of SDR experience with a track record of top 10% performance and quota attainment • Passion for technology with technical aptitude to master sales tools • Superior written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels • Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding new business meeting quotas • Experience with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, Lavender, Lusha, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini) to create compelling prospecting content • Entrepreneurial mindset with hunger for success **Benefits:** • Medical/dental/vision insurance with 100% employee coverage • Company FSA contribution • Flexible Time Off policy • Life insurance and disability coverage • 401(k) plan • Wellness programs • Annual professional development budget • Financial planning and legal advice **Our Core Values:** • We value each other • We get stuff done • We believe humility drives learning • We embrace failure • We are committed to open source **Compensation Range:** $45,000 - $50,000 Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis.
