About the Role Regumed is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our flagship BICOM, BBC (Bioresonance Body Check), and QUINT product lines across EU and international markets. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that bridges clinical innovation, market opportunity, and commercial execution. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted-line relationship to the CEO, ensuring close alignment with company-wide strategic priorities. This position offers direct engagement with executive leadership and meaningful influence over the future direction of a globally recognised medical device portfolio. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision Define and execute comprehensive product strategy for the BICOM, BBC, and QUINT product lines across EU and international markets Develop and continuously refine product roadmaps in alignment with market demand, clinical evidence, and broader business objectives Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive positioning assessments, and identify opportunities for product innovation, differentiation, and geographic expansion Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with R&D, regulatory affairs, manufacturing, and clinical teams to translate market and customer needs into clearly defined product requirements Lead product launch initiatives, including feature prioritisation, go-to-market strategy development, and cross-departmental resource allocation Manage the full product lifecycle — from development phases and clinical validation through regulatory submission and post-market performance monitoring Market & Customer Insights Gather and synthesise voice-of-customer insights from therapists, physicians, and distribution partners to inform product decisions and development priorities Analyse usage data, clinical outcomes, and emerging market trends to guide optimisation strategies Liaise with the Medical Advisory Board and key opinion leaders to ensure ongoing clinical alignment and credibility Commercial Management Develop pricing strategies, sales enablement materials, and commercial frameworks to support deployment through established distribution channels Monitor product profitability and margin performance; identify and recommend cost optimisation opportunities Track and report on KPIs, market share, and competitive positioning on a regular basis to the COO and executive leadership team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or a related discipline) Minimum 3 years of product management experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated industries Fluency in German, Chinese, and English (spoken and written), with the ability to work seamlessly across the German headquarters and Asian markets Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving product launches from concept through to commercial success Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated ability to interpret clinical data, market research, and business performance metrics Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Experience with cloud-based products, SaaS models, or digital health solutions is preferred Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience in international market expansion, particularly across Asia-Pacific or emerging markets Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or data analytics applications in healthcare settings Formal project management qualification or certification Published clinical research or peer-reviewed contributions in a relevant field What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience and German market standards Health insurance, pension contributions, and comprehensive standard German employment benefits -
