- Manage end-to-end project delivery from program award through post-SOP (Start of Production) + 3 months, ensuring full compliance with the GDPEP process and delivering timely management reporting with appropriate escalation protocols
- Monitor and control project financials, including ERD, Capex, and BOM costs, driving cross-functional teams to maintain and improve financial KPIs against established baseline targets
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by proactively resolving interface issues and promoting effective teamwork across engineering, finance, procurement, sales, and other relevant departments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including VAVE (Value Analysis / Value Engineering) targets, across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Maintain clear and structured project documentation, status reporting, and risk management processes in alignment with ZF's global standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, where applicable, customer-facing project communication, ensuring consistent alignment on scope, timeline, and deliverables
- Support resource planning and team coordination to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered
- 5–10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a project management role
- Experience with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and/or autonomous systems is strongly preferred
- Engineering background is advantageous and will be viewed favorably
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal — in English, with demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent platforms
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment
