Geologist Combine your understanding of earth sciences with comprehensive knowledge of the latest logging technologies to determine reservoir architecture and hydrocarbon potential. Geophysicist Apply your knowledge and expertise of the earth's properties to enhance interpretations of geological data and better define how we understand the subsurface. We acquire huge amounts of often previously unseen seismic and geophysical data around the world, and you will help transform it into the knowledge that powers better decision-making and more effective, efficient services. You will be involved in the acquisition, processing and interpretation of that data, and we offer a range of career opportunities to develop your skills and get exposure across the data lifecycle. Petrophysicist Combine logging data from multiple downhole sensors with sample data to determine hydrocarbon production capacity, lithology and fluid saturation of the reservoir to ultimately help optimize its production. You will incorporate data from multiple wells and additional sensors to consider acoustics, spectroscopy and magnetic resonance to enhance overall accuracy or build a clearer picture of the reservoir by understanding its permeability and mechanical properties. Reservoir Engineer Use data and our leading software products and solutions to create reservoir models that help clients make decisions that deliver safer, optimized, long-term production for each reservoir by simulating fluid flow phase behavior and reservoir physical properties.
