Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Assist in budgeting and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years accounting experience (real estate or construction background preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
