Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
• Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Assist in budgeting and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end closing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 2 years accounting experience (real estate or construction background preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
