Production Operator - Talara, Peru

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed within established timelines
• Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox safety meetings with crew members
• Maintain equipment in good, safe working condition according to industry standards
• Report equipment problems, malfunctions, or safety deviations immediately
• Ensure individual and crew safety compliance at all times
• Prepare and organize equipment for rig up and rig down operations
• Operate specialized equipment according to competency level and job requirements
• Maintain and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Observe and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies
• Complete and maintain required safety training certifications

• Education: Technical degree or Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the petroleum sector in similar technical roles
• Location: Must reside in Alto de Talara area
• Strong understanding of oil and gas field operations
• Proven track record in equipment maintenance and operation
• Commitment to safety protocols and HSE standards
• Ability to work effectively in team environments
