Position Overview
We are seeking a Sales Associate with experience in the men's universe to join our exceptional team at Christian Dior Couture in our Madrid Ortega boutique. As a Dior Ambassador, the Sales Associate is responsible for contributing to the brand's sales growth within the store, representing the brand's values, and consistently delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Christian Dior's values and heritage
- Drive sales growth through exceptional customer service and product expertise
- Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations for men's collections
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support store operations and visual merchandising standards
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Previous sales experience in luxury retail, specifically in men's fashion
- Passion for fashion and deep appreciation for the Christian Dior brand
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury environment
- Strong sales acumen and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
