Education Counsellor – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia About the Role JnS Education is seeking a passionate and motivated Education Counsellor to join our growing team in Riyadh. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Olaya District) Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday: Off Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents on study abroad opportunities, helping them identify the best-fit universities and programmes based on academic background, interests, and career goals Provide expert guidance on university admissions processes, course selection, and destination countries across a range of international study markets Assist students with application preparation, including personal statements, documentation, and submission to universities and institutions Manage and follow up with prospective students throughout the entire admissions journey, from initial enquiry through to enrolment Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and CRM entries, ensuring seamless tracking of all leads and applications Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with students, parents, and university partners Stay informed on developments in the international education landscape, including visa requirements, admission criteria, and scholarship opportunities Collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets and contribute to the overall growth of the consultancy's student placement outcomes Requirements A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred) Previous experience in the international education industry or a student-facing advisory role is preferred Arabic language skills are preferred; strong English communication is essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students and parents Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to follow-up and pipeline management Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage A genuine passion for international education and helping students reach their full potential Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team What We Offer Competitive salary with performance-based incentives rewarding your results Professional training and ongoing career development opportunities A supportive, dynamic work environment within a well-established international education consultancy The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic and professional futures Exposure to a wide network of global universities and education partners Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
