Field Equipment Technician - Oil & Gas Key Responsibilities Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed within established timelines Participate in pre-job planning and Toolbox safety meetings with crew members Maintain equipment in good, safe working condition according to industry standards Report equipment problems, malfunctions, or safety deviations immediately Ensure individual and crew safety compliance at all times Prepare and organize equipment for rig up and rig down operations Operate specialized equipment according to competency level and job requirements Maintain and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Observe and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies Complete and maintain required safety training certifications Requirements Education: Technical degree or Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the petroleum sector in similar technical roles Location: Must reside in Alto de Talara area Strong understanding of oil and gas field operations Proven track record in equipment maintenance and operation Commitment to safety protocols and HSE standards Ability to work effectively in team environments What We Offer Join our dynamic team in the oil and gas sector where safety, precision, and technical excellence are paramount.
