This is a full-time, on-site position with the potential to develop into a permanent contract. Responsibilities Manage and strategically expand the company's product portfolio to meet market demands and business objectives Collaborate closely with internal departments — including sales, purchasing, logistics, and marketing — to ensure alignment across the product lifecycle Monitor and evaluate product sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients to enhance product knowledge and drive informed decision-making Analyse technology trends and market dynamics to inform product strategy and keep the company competitive Represent TYC Europe at international trade shows and industry events, building relationships and staying ahead of market developments Contribute to project management efforts, from concept through to execution, with a focus on delivering results Support negotiation processes with suppliers and partners as required Requirements A genuine passion for and interest in the automotive industry A technical or commercial degree at HBO level (or equivalent) is preferred Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude in project management and negotiation Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Dutch language skills are a significant advantage Flexible and adaptable — comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment A growth-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and eagerness to continue learning Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external stakeholders What We Offer A full-time position with a clear pathway to a permanent contract Competitive salary with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses 27 vacation days per year Comprehensive travel reimbursement Pension plan contributions Exposure to an international working environment and global industry networks Significant autonomy and empowerment — short communication lines, open culture, and real ownership of projects A positive, inclusive workplace where your development and ambitions are actively supported Opportunities for career growth within a growing European organisation Fresh fruit available in the office and a welcoming team culture TYC Europe's European headquarters in Almere offers a collaborative, open-door atmosphere where ideas are heard and professionals are trusted to lead.
