About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Software Developer to join our team in a role that spans both software development and operational support. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously. You will contribute to user-facing systems, support machine-related software validation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications across multiple areas of the software development lifecycle
• Provide operational support for existing systems, diagnosing issues and implementing timely resolutions
• Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to deliver projects within tight timelines
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines
• Support machine-related software checkout and System Integration Testing (SIT) within a manufacturing environment, including semiconductor cleanroom settings, for specified periods
• Contribute to software design discussions with a sound understanding of Software Engineering concepts and best practices
• Apply basic Project Management principles to track progress, communicate status, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
• Engage directly with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and support adoption of software solutions
• Document technical specifications, test cases, and support procedures clearly and accurately

Requirements

• Strong aptitude and enthusiasm for software programming, with practical experience in one or more relevant programming languages
• Solid understanding of Software Engineering fundamentals, including design patterns, version control, and testing practices
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with user-facing responsibilities and demanding timelines
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or semiconductor cleanroom environment for designated project support periods
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently without compromising quality
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate with minimal supervision while knowing when to escalate
• Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• A collaborative team player who builds strong working relationships across departments and seniority levels
• Basic familiarity with Project Management concepts and methodologies is an advantage
