  • Participate in establishing departmental objectives and shaping team processes and procedures
  • Provide quality assurance through internal reviews for other members of the team
  • Manage service queues and assign tickets based on team procedures, providing service leadership for local teams
  • Deliver technical support to international clients as part of a 24/7 shift coverage model
  • Ensure all applicable security policies and processes are followed to support the organisation's secure software development goals
  • Embrace and embody our core values: curiosity, passion, authenticity, and accountability

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience scripting in more than one language, architecting infrastructure requirements and system designs, and working in complex computing environments
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-user and system administrator consulting or providing other first-level consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered)
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, operating systems, hypervisors, Software Defined Storage (SDS), Software Defined Networks (SDN), utilities, services, and editors relevant to the role
  • Senior-level technical knowledge of the internal workings, diagnostic tools, and features of complex systems, with a strong aptitude for visualising solutions to complex problems
  • Ability to script or write software programs with an understanding of the underlying machine architecture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, problem-solve, and independently learn new technologies from documentation
  • Deep understanding of the interdependencies between multiple systems and software within a computing infrastructure, as well as complex system architectures
  • Proof of right to work in Poland is required

Additional Competencies
