About the Program
The Fliway SCS Graduate Program is a 2-year accelerated career development program designed to give ambitious graduates hands-on experience across the full breadth of the Transport & Logistics 3PL industry.
This is a rotational program — meaning you won't be confined to one desk or one department. You'll move through different areas of the business, building a well-rounded skill set and a deep understanding of how a world-class supply chain operation actually works. Along the way, you'll work alongside industry experts, receive mentorship from seasoned professionals, and contribute to real-world projects that directly impact our business and our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate in the Fliway SCS program, your day-to-day will vary as you rotate through departments, but you can expect to:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the planning and execution of Transport & Logistics operations
- Analyse data and key performance indicators to identify areas for process improvement and optimisation
- Assist in managing and coordinating shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery for clients
- Participate in projects related to supply chain management, inventory control, and freight forwarding
- Learn and apply customs regulations and compliance procedures for international shipments
- Engage with customers to understand their Transport & Logistics needs and deliver excellent service
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations, technology, and service delivery
- Build relationships across the business to understand how each function connects within the broader supply chain
Our Ideal Graduate
We're looking for curious, driven, and adaptable people who are ready to hit the ground running. You'll thrive in this program if you bring:
- New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency (required)
- Auckland-based — or willing to be based in Auckland for the duration of the program
- A recent tertiary qualification — Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail
- A genuine passion for the Transport & Logistics industry and a desire to continuously learn and grow
- The ability to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
