About the Role
Join our client's team as a Norwegian-speaking Customer Care Advisor supporting Miele, a premium German brand renowned for high-quality household appliances and their "Immer Besser" ("Forever Better") philosophy. This is an excellent opportunity for an international career while working remotely from Greece.
As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll provide frontline support to Miele customers, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via inbound calls, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot appliance issues including washing machines, microwaves, ovens, dishwashers, and more
- Assist customers in identifying spare parts and serial numbers
- Schedule service appointments with Miele technicians
- Maintain high professional service standards for all customer inquiries

Requirements:
- Native-level or fluent Norwegian (C1 level)
- Good English proficiency (B2 level)
- Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Basic technical or mechanical understanding preferred
- Previous customer service experience helpful but not required
