Sales Associate - Copenhagen Airport

As Sales Associate, you will join our Retail Team at Copenhagen Airport, one of Bang & Olufsen's most dynamic and high-profile retail spaces. In this role, you will work with an international customer base, delivering attentive service and showcasing our world-renowned products in a setting that reflects the heart of the B&O brand.

This position is a full-time fixed term position starting from 1st May 2026 to 31st December 2026.

• Greet and help all customers, demonstrate and sell Bang & Olufsen products
• Meet and surpass your sales targets
• Help create the best customer experiences
• Ensure that visual merchandising standards and daily tasks are followed
• Make sure that the store is spot on and welcoming all the time
• Stay up to date with all new products and product features

We're seeking someone with some experience working in stores with premium or luxury consumer brands, although the right mindset and commitment to retail are just as relevant. Furthermore, you:

• Are interactive and dedicated to providing high-quality service to customers
• Possess great team spirit and a supportive attitude
• Have experience with MS Office – knowledge of payment and order systems is a plus
• Enjoy representing a high-end brand, high service level, and comfortable with smart dressing
• Fluency in English. Danish is a plus

You will be part of a collaborative and experienced team working in Bang & Olufsen's Copenhagen Airport store—a space that serves as both a flagship retail destination and an immersive brand experience. You'll engage with a diverse and international customer base, supported by colleagues who are focused on craftsmanship, sound, and customer service.
