You will support business and large corporate and institutional customers with their daily banking and cash management needs — helping them navigate everything from account management and payments to liquidity management and digital solutions. The position also offers the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Responsibilities As part of the Internationals team, you will play a central role in delivering exceptional service to our international corporate clients across the Nordics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Supporting international business and large corporate and institutional customers with their daily banking and cash management operations Setting up and administering self-service solutions tailored to client needs Opening and managing new accounts for business customers Coordinating the onboarding of new customers in collaboration with relationship advisers Supporting advisers with credit-related tasks and documentation Ensuring customers receive the best possible banking solutions aligned with their specific requirements Contributing to a wide range of tasks that business customers request, demonstrating flexibility and a solutions-oriented mindset Collaborating broadly across the organisation, building insight into multiple professional areas Maintaining high service standards and contributing to an excellent overall customer experience Requirements To thrive and succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who brings both the right skills and the right attitude.
