We are seeking a driven and technically skilled engineer to join our Manufacturing Technology and Backend (MTB) operations team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions to advance manufacturing efficiency and operational excellence. You will work across a dynamic, cross-functional environment spanning engineering, manufacturing, and IT to deliver meaningful impact at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual touchpoints and improve manufacturing efficiency across MTB operations
  • Implement HOST automation solutions for MTB new equipment integration and Auto Shell deployment
  • Apply Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and AI-assisted analytics to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve MTB/PWF/TCP system issues
  • Develop AI-powered knowledge databases and intelligent support tools to enable faster, more accurate issue resolution
  • Lead operational support activities including incident management, problem management, and end-to-end project execution
  • Drive continuous innovation through AI, automation, and data-driven manufacturing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to identify opportunities and deploy AI application solutions
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization
  • Document technical solutions, procedures, and best practices to support knowledge sharing across teams
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to strategic technology roadmap planning

Requirements

  • Experience in manufacturing automation, systems engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • Hands-on knowledge of HOST automation, equipment integration, or shell scripting in a semiconductor or advanced manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted analytics tools and frameworks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Experience with incident management, operational support, or IT service management processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams including engineering, manufacturing, and IT
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for driving innovation
