Your Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our corporate culture while supporting our teams and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Select new colleagues who align with our values and corporate culture
- Advise team leaders and managers across all HR areas, including:
- Absenteeism prevention
- Employee growth and development
- Remuneration matters
- Team development initiatives
- Analyze and reflect on relevant HR issues and develop effective communication strategies for the organization
- Participate in or lead strategic HR projects
