International Enrollment Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time permanent International Enrolment Officer to provide essential administrative and financial services supporting international students throughout their enrolment journey. This highly organised and customer-focused role ensures efficient processing of international enrolments, visa compliance, insurance management, and accurate student financial records.
The position works closely with Registry, the International Centre, academic teams, and other key areas to deliver strong student support and maintain compliance. Based in the Registry team, this role reports to the Registry Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the processing of international enrolments and maintaining up-to-date student records
- Managing international student financial transactions including receipting, coding, reconciliations, and liaising with agencies regarding payments
- Supporting students with visa applications, ensuring visa compliance, and maintaining security of passport and visa information
- Processing and maintaining insurance records for international students
- Supporting wider Registry functions and building constructive working relationships across campuses
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to relate to a wide variety of people
- Intermediate accounting skills and confidence using Excel, Word, and database systems
- Strong organisation skills, the ability to handle pressure, and high attention to detail
- Understanding of the Privacy Act 2020 and ability to work confidentially
- A friendly, approachable manner and cultural awareness, particularly when working with international students
