We are looking for a dedicated and nurturing Mother Teacher to join our school team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an in-person role suited to an experienced educator who is passionate about early childhood development and creating a warm, supportive learning environment for young students.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that support the holistic development of young learners
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Monitor and assess individual student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development and well-being
Maintain accurate student records and prepare progress reports
Collaborate with fellow educators and school staff to align on curriculum goals
Support students' social, emotional, and cognitive growth through structured activities and play-based learning
Uphold school policies and contribute positively to the wider school community

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience is mandatory
A recognized teaching qualification or relevant educational background
Strong understanding of child development and early learning principles
Patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach to education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage young learners through creative and effective teaching methods
Commitment to maintaining a professional and positive classroom atmosphere
