Job Description

Corporate Responsibility Executive — Hong Kong

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven professional to join our Corporate Responsibility (CR) department in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a meaningful part in advancing our sustainability agenda and ensuring compliance across a dynamic regional supply chain. Working closely with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders, you will help translate our corporate responsibility commitments into tangible outcomes — supporting ethical sourcing, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement across assigned business areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sustainability or compliance professional who is passionate about responsible business practices and eager to make a measurable impact within an international trade environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the Company's Corporate Responsibility strategy, contributing to the achievement of sustainability and compliance objectives across the regional supply chain
  • Coordinate and implement CR and sustainability programs across assigned business areas, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals
  • Conduct and manage social and/or environmental compliance audits, assessments, and structured improvement programs
  • Partner with suppliers, factories, and internal stakeholders to drive performance improvements in compliance and sustainability
  • Deliver training, workshops, and ongoing guidance on the Company's CR standards, sustainability requirements, and strategic objectives
  • Monitor, track, and report on supplier and factory compliance performance, identifying trends and escalating issues where necessary
  • Support the development and refinement of CR tools, resources, and internal processes to strengthen the overall compliance framework
  • Stay informed of evolving industry standards, regulatory developments, and best practices in social and environmental compliance

Requirements

  • Degree in Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in social compliance, environmental compliance, sustainability, or a closely related field
  • Hands-on experience working with supply chains, factories, and manufacturing environments in China and/or Southeast Asia
  • Solid knowledge of recognised social and/or environmental compliance standards, including frameworks such as BSCI, SA8000, SMETA, BEPI, and ISO 14001
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical mindset with a practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required by the role
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills, particularly Mandarin or Cantonese, would be advantageous

What We Offer

  • A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative work environment with exposure to international trade and global supply chains
  • Genuine learning and professional development opportunities within a well-established organisation
  • Competitive compensation package and attractive benefits
  • A 5-day working week with the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week
  • 25 days of paid annual leave
  • Medical insurance coverage
