Key Responsibilities
- Listen to and analyze short audio recordings in Dutch with precision and attention to detail
- Transcribe audio content accurately, maintaining high quality standards
- Review and validate linguistic content to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Work with various text, audio, and data formats as part of the AI training process
- Follow comprehensive quality guidelines and protocols to maintain project standards
- Support machine learning systems by improving language accuracy and understanding
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent approach to tasks
- Participate in regular quality assessments and feedback sessions
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and any issues encountered
- Contribute to process improvements and best practice development
Requirements
- Native Dutch speaker or C1 proficiency level (ESSENTIAL)
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy over extended periods
- Strong focus and ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
- Reliable, motivated attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
