• Create and assess detailed project reports and documentation
• Manage and maintain various project databases with accuracy and attention to detail

• Serve as a liaison representing the firm in external communications and partnerships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years of proven experience in program development or related discipline
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to multitask effectively across various project activities
• Experience with database management and reporting systems
