About the Role
FFC International is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Services Executive to join its growing Hong Kong team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hunghom, Kowloon. The role sits at the intersection of customer relationship management, sales support, and logistics coordination, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a meaningful career within the international freight forwarding industry.

Responsibilities
- Follow up on sales orders from initiation through to completion, ensuring smooth and timely processing
- Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate price quotations and service information
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while supporting the development of new business
- Liaise and communicate effectively with overseas agents and international partners to coordinate shipments and resolve operational matters
- Prepare presentations and assist with visitor arrangements as required
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain organised records, and support sales data analysis and reporting
- Contribute to ongoing system development and process improvement initiatives within the customer service and sales administration functions
- Prepare regular reports for management review and assist in identifying service trends or areas for improvement
Requirements
- HKDSE (Form 7) or above; a relevant degree or diploma is an advantage
- Prior experience in sea freight, air freight, forwarding, or shipping is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin; Cantonese proficiency is an asset
- Good customer service skills with a professional, client-focused approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
