As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, assess, and place outstanding talent. You will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, building proactive talent pipelines, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, and ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job requisition through to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and role requirements
- Develop targeted recruitment strategies across multiple business functions simultaneously
- Maintain high service standards while managing several active vacancies at any given time
Candidate Sourcing
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Build proactive talent pipelines to support future and anticipated hiring needs
- Conduct headhunting and passive candidate outreach campaigns
- Screen CVs and applications against defined role requirements
- Maintain regular, consistent communication with both active and passive candidates
Candidate Assessment
- Conduct structured telephone and video interviews
- Assess candidates based on technical skills, behavioural competencies, and cultural fit
- Coordinate assessments, panel interviews, and reference checks
- Prepare detailed candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for stakeholders
- Provide timely, constructive interview feedback to candidates and hiring managers
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
- Schedule interviews and coordinate all associated recruitment activities
- Advise managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment best practices
- Support offer negotiations and facilitate smooth onboarding coordination
Recruitment Administration
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Update all recruitment activity within the CRM in a timely manner
- Prepare offer documentation and comprehensive recruitment reports
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. employment regulations and internal recruitment policies
Employer Branding
- Write compelling, engaging job advertisements that attract high-quality applicants
- Promote vacancies across relevant recruitment platforms and professional social media channels
- Enhance the employer brand by consistently delivering an outstanding candidate experience
- Participate in virtual career fairs and other recruitment marketing initiatives
Recruitment Analytics
- Track key recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports
- Identify and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and candidate attraction strategies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by:
- Time-to-fill across active vacancies
- Quality of hire and retention outcomes
- Number of successful placements delivered
- Hiring manager satisfaction scores
- Candidate satisfaction and experience ratings
- Offer acceptance rate
- Recruitment process compliance
- Strength and depth of talent pipeline development
- Accuracy and completeness of recruitment reporting
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Previous experience recruiting for U.S.-based positions is highly desirable
- Strong sourcing and headhunting experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies concurrently in a fast-paced environment
