Key Responsibilities Shipment Tracking & Tracing: Actively monitor shipment prompts and verify that key milestones and events have been completed on schedule. Update ProMove and the International Move Center (IMC) systems with accurate, timely information to ensure complete visibility of shipment status at all stages. Documentation Management: Coordinate, prepare, process, and maintain all required shipping documentation in collaboration with Coordinators, Agents, Vendors, and Port Brokers. Ensure all documents are accurately uploaded and electronically filed within the SISTRS database in a compliant and organized manner. Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates on shipment status changes and proactively communicate relevant information to internal and external partners. Maintain a professional, responsive communication style to support smooth shipment progression and strong working relationships. Data Entry & System Maintenance: Perform accurate and timely data entry across internal systems, maintaining high standards of data integrity and quality throughout the shipment lifecycle. Cost-Control Support: Assist in monitoring and managing cost-related activities associated with international shipments, flagging discrepancies and supporting efforts to maintain operational efficiency. General Operational Support: Perform additional duties as required, including managing communications, providing desk coverage, registering files, and supporting day-to-day operational needs across the team.
